KUSOM Job and Internship Fair (KJIF) acts as a bridge between the students of KUSOM and the corporate business houses. It provides employers an opportunity to explore the pool of talent at KUSOM and the students a platform to connect to the multiple business houses. The placement cell has been successful in creating a win win situation for students and the business houses since its establishment.
KJIF is an esteemed annual flagship event of KUSOM, organized by the KUSOM Placement Cell since 2011 A.D. Designed as a pivotal platform for forging connections between our talented graduates and leading companies, KJIF spans a day or two, hosting an impressive array of 30-50 participating organizations each year. It serves as a nexus for prospective employers seeking to recruit from the pool of highly skilled KUSOM graduates, facilitating opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Industry Interaction Sessions and Guest lectures offer students valuable insights into different industries, aiding in well-informed career decisions. These sessions, organized for students, provide an overview of the represented sectors, facilitating a direct connection with industry professionals for informed career choices.
KUSOM Placement Cell, in coordination with both Graduate and Undergraduate Departments, organizes lecture sessions by inviting industry experts from diverse backgrounds who share their expert views and advice in an effort to help students make the right choice of subjects/disciplines to major in and specialize before they graduate.
Keeping in mind the ever evolving and dynamic market with fast changing demands, the Cell offers highly beneficial training sessions and workshops such as Excel Training, Employability Training, Digital Marketing Workshop, etc., to students before they join and make forays into the employee force.
The KUSOM Placement Cell acts as a central hub for sharing relevant job opportunities received from employers within and outside Nepal. Targeted emails are sent to promptly communicate these opportunities to students and recent alumni, facilitating a direct link between potential employers and talented individuals.

I am Nidip Pant, an MBA graduate from KUSOM. In KJIF 2017 I got placed into Unilever as an intern. Upon completion of my internship, I joined Unilever as a management trainee.
Just after I completed my graduation, I got placement at Gorkha Brewery through KJIF. Joined as a Management Trainee, currently I play the role of Brand Development Executive for the past 2 years. KJIF has been providing immense opportunities year by year for the students to explore the best possible career paths through its platform.
The KUSOM Job and Internship Fair organized by KUSOM Placement Cell gave me an opportunity to be part of a reputed organization. I am thankful to the Placement Cell for the exposure and opportunity they provided.
